Wyn Inni Tyn 2019 re-cap

Volgende jaar maak ons weer so.

This past weekend, the 5th Wyn Inni Tyn took place at Boesies, Lake Umuzi.

From early Saturday morning, local artists stationed themselves all over Boesies to find the perfect area for them to paint a master piece. Wyn Inni Tyn attendees could browse the art whilst they were still being painted. Wine glass in hand, people tasted all the different wines from an array of wine estates. Even though wine was the main attraction at the event, the Gin and Tequila stall had a constant row of customers.

Later that afternoon an auction was held where the newly painted artworks and other sponsored products where auctioned. An astonishing R 20 000 was raised for the SPCA and will be handed over on Tuesday, 27 August by The Bulletin and Lake Umuzi.

The party continued with music by “Shared Address” that had people dancing and singing until well into the night.
