The December school holidays are here. So many places to go, but so few with hours of entertainment for kids that is secure and safe. Lake Umuzi Waterfront in Secunda boast the biggest jungle gym for kids in Africa – Carnival Square. The playground is especially for toddlers and pre-school kids.
Parents can enjoy the restaurants and entertainment at the Lake Umuzi Waterfront without having to worry where the kids are playing and if they are safe. While having a meal at Eish!!, kids can enter Carnival Square from a specially design, super-cool tunnel. Kids can come and go as they wish for only R45.
With supervision and special attention, kids will be in good hands. Parents have the freedom to enter the playground at any time to ensure that their kids are safe and happy. The playground also consists of security cameras as additional safety feature.
Operating times are:
- Fridays: 13:00-21:00
- Saturdays: 9:00-21:00
- Sundays: 10:00-18:00
Carnival Square offers Carnival Kids Nursery School – a great day-by-day program per the Curriculum of Department of Education. Open during school holidays, closed only 2 weeks in December. Free entry to Carnival Square playground while a student at Carnival Kids. 18 months to 6 years (GR/R) English & Afrikaans.
- Full day: 6:30-17:30
- Half day: 6:30-13:00
